This is the first prototype for my LED sculpture. It is going to be a long-term project in which I develop, through lots of iterations, a modular LED network. Each section will be comprised of multiple wind-tripped switched that light up individual LEDs. The goal of this project is to visualize nighttime gusts of wind over large surfaces.
Here is a picture of the first iteration, followed by a video of it being activated by a fan.
