James Turrell

I first saw James Turrell’s piece, A Frontal Passage, at the Supervision exhibition at ICA Boston. A woman got really mad about it, saying “I don’t get it, what the hell is this? It’s not art. Wait, what is it?”

    have you a list of when james has exhibited in minnesota over the years.. i saw his work when i was a kid in minneapolis and am trying to find the year. the piece that i remember was similar to “frontal passage”?
